Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support nationwide construction operations through licensing, permitting, insurance, and compliance management. This role partners closely with project managers, accounting, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure projects move forward without regulatory or documentation delays. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in detail-driven, compliance-focused environments.
Day-to-Day:
Manage contractor licensing across multiple jurisdictions nationwide Coordinate renewals, applications, continuing education, and compliance tracking Communicate with building departments to ensure regulatory alignment Oversee permitting applications, approvals, inspections, and closeout Manage insurance applications, renewals, and Certificates of Insurance Support subcontract agreements, change orders, and warranty workflows Track and route documentation for approvals and execution Monitor service inbox and support cross-departmental requests Assist with branding, marketing updates, and operational admin tasks We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of related experience (operations, compliance, or customer service) Experience managing licensing, permitting, or regulatory documentation Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset Ability to manage multiple jurisdictions and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience coordinating with internal teams and external agencies Ability to travel as needed (including hurricane season)
