Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while working with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities Execute post-monitoring and audit activities to support paperless initiatives across various business lines. Create, control, and enhance end-to-end business processes for improved efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions using process excellence tools. Analyze data to determine root causes of issues and document trends for future capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and share innovative ideas. Maintain detailed documentation of processes and monitoring plans. Skills Minimum of 2 years experience in business operations, process analysis, or workflow management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Proficiency in PC-based software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with quality and audit processes. Knowledge of AI or Machine Learning tools. Experience in healthcare or insurance sectors. Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
