Job Description
- Responsibilities for a Business Process Analyst include but are not limited to
- Maintain post-monitoring plans and process documentation to support the assigned business function.
- Create, document, control, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions using process excellence principles and related tools.
- Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to execute basic process enhancements.
- Monitor and recognize trends, gaps, and inefficiencies within existing processes.
- Identify, document, and report process issues and defects.
- Analyze data to determine root causes of issues or defects, identify trends, and propose solutions or new capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven improvements and resolve operational challenges.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation by sharing ideas, adapting to change, and positively accepting evolving strategies.
- Provide guidance and direction to others as needed.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Candidates for Business Process Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, business process analysis, workflow analysis, process mapping, or a combination thereof.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience analyzing large datasets or spreadsheets to identify defects, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies and cognitive analysis to evaluate data, calculate results, and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Intermediate proficiency in PC-based software and automated database management systems, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Pay:
$ 25.15/hr.Shift:
