Job Description
First Day of Work:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, operations, or a related field.
- Three years of experience managing or coordinating project delivery, process improvement initiatives, or operational programs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders or business units.
- Experience or familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches preferred.
Core Competencies:
- Coordination and execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives across multiple projects and agencies
- Stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication to support cross-functional alignment
- Application of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to identify and implement improvements
- Data tracking, analysis, and performance measurement to monitor progress and inform decision-making
- Development and oversight of Continuous Improvement program tools, standards, and practices to support consistent implementation
