You will ensure compliance, lead audits and reviews, and drive corrective actions that improve process capability and customer satisfaction. You will help the organization deliver big-company quality with small-company agility . Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the AS9100 Quality Management System
• Conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of findings
• Lead Management Reviews with clear metrics and actionable outputs
• Pull and analyze quality data from ProShop ERP
• Lead and facilitate: NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) CARs (Corrective Actions) RCCAs (Root Cause & Corrective Action)
• Identify trends and drive preventive improvements
• Serve as the primary quality liaison for customers and suppliers: Support audits, corrective actions, and communication
• Ensure quality documentation, procedures, and records are compliant and effective
• Partner with operations to improve process capability and reduce variation
• Qualifications Required 5+ years in aerospace or precision manufacturing quality systems Strong working knowledge of

AS9100 / ISO 9001

Experience in a machining environment Experience with: Internal audits

NCR/CAR/RCCA

processes Root cause analysis methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone, etc.) Experience using ERP data to drive decisions Strong communication and leadership (without authority) Preferred Internal auditor certification (AS9100) Experience interacting with customers and external auditors Familiarity with ProShop ERP Success Profile Systems thinker who sees patterns and drives improvement Strong ownership mindset and follow-through Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives Clear, confident communicator with customers and auditors

Pay:
