Job Description:
This contract role supports Sales Operations through the execution, validation, and maintenance of sales reporting and dashboards. The position is highly detail-oriented and focused on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting. This role does not own reporting strategy, but plays a critical role in executing against defined priorities. Key Responsibilities Execute the build and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports based on defined requirements Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems (e.g., Power BI, source files, internal databases) to ensure accuracy and consistency Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including data pulls, formatting, and quality checks Maintain and update Excel-based reporting tools, including large datasets, formulas, and data transformations Assist in preparing standard sales performance reports for leadership review Support ad hoc reporting requests related to salesforce, hospital, and surgeon-level data Identify and flag data discrepancies, gaps, or inconsistencies and escalate as needed Execute routine audits of reports and datasets to ensure ongoing data integrity Track and update field sales alignment and hierarchy changes in reporting outputs Partner with Sales Ops, Analytics, and IT teams to validate data inputs and outputs, ensuring alignment across systems Follow established data governance and reporting standards; ensure outputs align with approved definitions and logic Assist in documenting reporting processes and maintaining clear, repeatable workflows Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large dataset handling) Working experience with Power BI (report building, basic data modeling, dashboard updates) High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation Ability to follow defined processes and execute with consistency Comfortable working with large datasets and performing reconciliation across multiple sources Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring deliverables on tight timelines Nice to Have Experience working with sales data, commissions, or field performance reporting Familiarity with data validation, auditing, or QA processes Exposure to tools such as Azure, SQL, or enterprise data environments (supporting, not leading) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
