Kayleigh Tipper kt@willcoxmatthews.com About the Company We're supporting a leading packaging manufacturer in Saddle Brook, New Jersey , seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive efficiency, standardization, and cultural transformation across the facility. Role Summary As the Continuous Improvement Leader, you will analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and operational consistency. You'll work cross‑functionally with Design, Production, Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to deliver meaningful, sustainable improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the corrugated packaging production process Analyze workflows, equipment performance, and operational data to identify inefficiencies Reduce setup times and increase throughput and machine utilization Standardize processes and specifications with the Design department Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations on improvement projects Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility Use Lean, 5S, SMED, and other CI tools to streamline operations Monitor KPIs and track progress of CI projects Train and coach teams on new processes and operational excellence practices About You Experience in the packaging manufacturing industry Strong background in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies Track record of reducing waste and shortening changeovers Excellent communication and collaboration skills Hands‑on problem solver with a passion for process optimization Ability to lead culture change and influence teams at all levels How to Apply If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply with your full résumé — or call us directly.
