Our client is seeking an Ops Project Analyst to support the Funds Transfer Department within a fast-paced project environment. This role will work closely with the project team across multiple initiatives, assisting with testing preparation, user testing, defect tracking and resolution, implementation activities, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Prior exposure to the project lifecycle is beneficial but not required.Responsibilities Project Support & Execution:
Participate in all phases of Funds Transfer projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support Assist with testing preparation and execution, including user acceptance testing (UAT) Identify, document, escalate, and communicate defects in a timely and accurate manner Ensure all test scripts and project-related documentation are completed accurately and within established timelines Support implementation activities and help drive projects forward by resolving challenges efficiently Represent the Funds Transfer team in cross-functional and departmental projects when required Assist with project reporting, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentationTeamwork & Communication:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with project team members and internal stakeholders Communicate professionally and effectively with team members across departments Proactively respond to team needs and contribute to problem prevention and resolution Collaborate within a team-oriented environment while also managing individual responsibilities independentlyQualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting Prior exposure to project coordination, testing, operations, or the project lifecycle is a plusSimilar remote jobs
