Job Description

Description:
Partner across the company with operations team to compile and analyze labor metrics and productivity data. Manage the integrity and accuracy of the labor management system and become subject matter expert for the labor management system. Prepare labor management reporting which provides timely insight into labor performance and volume driven trends. Assist management with any ad-hoc projects as determined necessary and essential to the financial success of the company. Perform time and motion studies of key operating areas for the purpose of validating labor standards, as directed. Perform operational observations as directed by the Corporate Director of Operations Analysis. Other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
B.S. Degree or equivalent in Business related field. One (1) or two (2) years experience in the Casino industry preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form Excellent PC and spreadsheet skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills. Detail oriented, innovative, flexible, thorough, task oriented, can work independently with minimal direction. Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively. Must be able to obtain gaming registration for the jurisdiction in which the property is located. Must be able to access all areas of the casino as part of the requirements to perform duties as listed above.
