Operations Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support a growing development project starting with two restaurants and a video game arcade by delivering accurate, data-driven reporting. This role focuses on extracting and analyzing key business metrics to help ownership make informed decisions around labor, food cost, and overall performance. This is a behind-the-scenes, non-managerial role focused on data rather than daily restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Toast POS and XtraCHEF by Toast Track and organize key metrics (sales, labor %, food cost) Identify trends, inconsistencies, and cost-saving opportunities Maintain accurate and structured data for ongoing analysis Deliver clear, concise reports to ownership and management Assist with scheduling of employees consistent with payroll metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, Analytics, Hospitality, or related field) Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical ability Comfortable working with data and reporting tools Preferred Experience Experience with Toast POS and/or XtraCHEF by Toast Experience using AI tools for data analysis or workflow automation Background in restaurant or hospitality operations Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to work closely with ownership Growth potential into operations leadership roles

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Application Question(s): Describe your experience compiling reports from multiple data sources. What tools did you use, and what types of reports did you create?
