Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support multiple functions within Lockbox operations in Payment and Deposit Operations.
This role partners closely with Service and Support teams to develop procedures, perform testing, and support process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, operational insight, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support for Lockbox applications and related systems
Create, update, and test application and operational procedures
Develop and execute test scripts for system and process enhancements
Perform business analysis across payment and deposit applications, including mainframe, web-based, and database systems
Extract and analyze data from multiple sources using complex SQL queries and Excel tools
Serve as a primary point of contact for user-reported issues, including troubleshooting, tracking, resolution, and root cause analysis
Deliver high-quality service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Participate in process improvement initiatives and system-related projects
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in an operational or support environment (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and SQL, including managing large datasets and performing data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Experience documenting and implementing business requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as an Operations Analyst
Familiarity with banking or Lockbox operations
Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Access, or similar platforms
Strong technical aptitude with Windows-based systems and applications
Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
