WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A QUALITY/CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
As a Quality/Continuous Improvement Manager at North Coast Container, your daily expectations will revolve around fostering a culture of excellence and safety. You'll begin each day by reviewing quality metrics and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes and implementing best practices. Regularly conducting audits and inspections, you'll ensure compliance with industry standards while mentoring team members on quality protocols. You will facilitate training sessions to elevate awareness around continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma. Your critical eye will help support root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring that every product meets our high-quality benchmarks. Engaging in regular communication with stakeholders will be key as you drive customer-centric solutions and maintain integrity across all operations.
