PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITES
Prepare schedules and reports regarding assets held by PWM Prepare financial and management reports for review Populate spreadsheets and verify accuracy Reconcile account holdings and balances Data entry, as needed Assist in review of operations functions to enhance department efficiencies and controls
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business-related field. Commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of specific degree requirement. Minimum of three years of experience in a related field Previous experience in trust operations is preferred, but not required Strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft Access. Knowledge of investments and related terminology is strongly preferred Strong interpersonal communication skills
