Pryor, Oklahoma $90,000•$110,000 + Bonus + Benefits We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to support operations within a paper mill and converting environment. This role is focused on driving measurable performance improvements through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies while building a strong culture of continuous improvement across the site. What You'll Do Lead and coach the implementation and sustainability of Lean manufacturing tools across the facility Conduct quarterly loss analysis to identify top improvement opportunities and align site action plans Drive cost savings initiatives and operational efficiency improvements Perform data-driven analysis and drilldowns to uncover key performance gaps Serve as a problem-solving leader using DMAIC methodology for complex operational challenges Partner with leadership to build systems, improve processes, and strengthen team capability What We're Looking For Engineering background with strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean principles Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives in a plant environment Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; able to influence across all levels Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI and/or SAP preferred Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) Hands-on, data-driven, and highly collaborative approach Why This Role Competitive base salary + performance incentives Comprehensive benefits including medical, wellness, and employee support programs Retirement and financial planning support Opportunity to make a measurable impact within a growing operation Collaborative, team-focused environment with strong leadership support This is a confidential search.
