Local Process Expert

Drive Credit & Collections Excellence The Local Process Expert role will contribute to the strategic direction, development, implementation and harmonization of standard Credit & Collection processes and practices for Hilti North America. The Process Manager is responsible for business process improvement projects for Global and designated Executive Management Team members (CFO). This position is identified as a development position for manager candidates. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Finance or a related field A minimum of 5years of prior experience in project management Thorough understanding of Credit & Collections competencies, business analysis methodologies and proven project leadership experience Excellent presentation & written/verbal communication skills Strong problem solving, organization and time management skills Ability to integrate Lean/Six Sigma best practices, perform root cause analysis, and define/implement sustainable solutions Excellent verbal, presentations, and written communications skills to all external/internal customers, peer groups and upper management Strong planning and implementation skills (ability to manage timelines and multiple prioritize simultaneously) Possess a continuous improvement mindset Competency in
