Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support business operations and drive the execution of key operational initiatives. Our team values independent problem-solving, collaboration, and effective communication to ensure project success and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

Support the execution of business operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Manage the deployment and integration of tools and technology into existing business processes. Coordinate internal communications and deliver key messages to relevant audiences. Develop and provide training content to drive process improvements and support technology adoption.

Required:

System support background with experience in customer-facing interactions involving vendors and stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Exterro, Onna, Resolver, LAMS, and Navex. Ability to independently evaluate and resolve moderately complex problems, providing actionable solutions. Bachelor's degree is not required; must demonstrate advanced research, analytical, and technical skills in similar operational environments.
