In this role, you'll drive a culture of continuous improvement, optimize processes, and partner with plant leadership to enhance productivity, quality, and overall performance. The Continuous Improvement Manager will have the following responsibilities: Lead all continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the site Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) KPIs Build a strong continuous improvement culture through leadership, coaching, and effective communication Identify process inefficiencies and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and best practice solutions Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root-cause analysis Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance Track and report key performance metrics and improvement progress to leadership Standardize processes and ensure sustainable implementation of improvements Lead structured problem-solving using A3, DMAIC, and 8D methodologies Support digital transformation and data-driven decision making initiatives Drive change management and ensure adoption across all shifts and teams The ideal Continuous Improvement Manager candidate will have the following skillset: Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred) 3+ years of experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives in manufacturing Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience influencing teams and driving a culture of continuous improvement Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
