Job Summary:
This opportunity supports a Managed Account Trade Administration team that provides outsourced trading solutions for broker-dealer clients. The role is responsible for processing and supporting trading activities across managed account products while ensuring accuracy, quality control, and exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have a FINRA Series 7 license, managed account trading experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset. This position can be based in Lake Mary, FL or Berwyn, PA and 4 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
    Trade Administration:
    Process daily trading activities including new accounts, contributions, withdrawals, model changes, and tax harvesting requests on behalf of broker-dealer clients.
      Client Support & Reconciliation:
      Provide daily support to internal and external clients through phone and email communication, transaction processing, trade comparison, account reconciliation, and error resolution.
        Risk Management & Problem Solving:
        Investigate and troubleshoot trading issues, perform error analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvements and risk reduction.
          Quality Control:
          Review trade blocks, validate orders, support trading events, and ensure trades are processed accurately in accordance with established guidelines.
          Qualifications:
          • FINRA Series 7 License required (Series 24 also acceptable).
          • 1-3 years of Managed Account Trade Administration experience.
          • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, data analysis, and functions such as VLOOKUPs.
          • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
          • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
          Preferred Experience:
          • InvestCloud APL experience.
          • Portfolio accounting system experience.
          • Experience supporting managed accounts, UMA platforms, mutual fund wrap accounts, or fixed income products.
