This role is responsible for ensuring advertiser budgets translate into strong delivery outcomes, high-quality leads, and long-term customer success while helping support efficient campaign delivery and advertiser operations. You will serve as the primary AdOps partner to the Enterprise and Strategic teams, owning campaign execution, pacing, delivery optimization, performance analysis, and marketplace insights. You will work cross-functionally with PMs, Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data teams to identify performance opportunities, improve advertiser outcomes, and support scalable revenue growth. This role focuses on campaign execution, operational support, and helping improve day-to-day AdOps workflows and reporting processes. Work Location This hybrid role is required to be in office 2-3 days a week, with flexibility to work from home occasionally. Occasional weekend work is required but will be planned in advance. How you know you're being successful Enterprise and Strategic campaigns consistently deliver within 90-95% of budget while maintaining strong advertiser performance PMs and Sales teams rely on your insights to improve retention, delivery outcomes, and budget expansion opportunities Marketplace pacing, lead quality, and advertiser delivery remain healthy and proactively managed AdOps workflows, reporting, and operational processes become increasingly scalable and automated Revenue performance trends and delivery risks are surfaced proactively before they impact advertiser outcomes We'll expect you to do things like these Own end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, activation, pacing, and optimization for Enterprise and Strategic advertisers Monitor campaign delivery and pacing to help ensure campaigns remain on track and aligned with advertiser goals Partner closely with Enterprise and Strategic PMs to support advertiser performance through accurate campaign execution and delivery monitoring Monitor campaign performance metrics and escalate delivery concerns or operational issues when needed Monitor marketplace health metrics including lead quality, answer rates, duplicate rates, and delivery efficiency Maintain accurate advertiser billing workflows by validating account setup, monitoring unpaid invoices, and coordinating account pauses when needed Support onboarding and campaign launches by ensuring advertisers are configured correctly and operationally ready to go live Audit ads and advertiser accounts regularly to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper marketplace functionality Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Data teams to improve operational processes and marketplace efficiency Identify operational process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in advertising operations, digital advertising operations, performance marketing, or revenue performance roles within a lead generation, marketplace, or multi-account advertising environment. Experience supporting and monitoring performance-based advertising campaigns across multiple advertiser accounts Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign, marketplace, financial, and operational performance data using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI/reporting tools Demonstrated ability to monitor campaign delivery and escalate issues when performance falls outside expected ranges Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support campaign execution and reporting needs What we think will improve your chances of success Experience owning or influencing marketplace health metrics such as pacing, lead quality, supply/demand balancing, delivery efficiency, retention, or revenue forecasting Experience working in scaled marketplace, lead generation, or high-volume advertising businesses Proven ability to lead cross-functional operational initiatives and drive process improvements across revenue, AdOps, or performance marketing functions Experience with paid media platforms and advertising technologies such as Meta, Google Ads, Taboola, feed-based advertising products, or campaign management systems Track record of partnering closely with PMs and Sales teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer outcomes Travel Expectations Twice a year for company gatherings and some additional travel to client sites to build sales funnels and relationships. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000, plus eligible benefits. Compensation may be adjusted based on tenure and experience. For employees residing in Dane County, total annual compensation—including base salary and the housing stipend—is approximately $78,823.12 - $93,823.12. Dane County Housing Stipend We strongly value in-person work and collaboration, so for full-time employees residing in Dane County, we offer a housing stipend of $735.26/month in addition to your salary ($8,823.12/yr; half of the Fair Market Value of a 2BR apartment in Madison according to rentdata.org). Equity Options In addition to your cash compensation, you will receive options to buy stock in Recovery.com at a set strike price. These options will vest on a four-year schedule and present an exciting opportunity to benefit from the upside of our company's growth. Quarterly Bonus An additional 10% of base earnings is paid out quarterly when the company meets its revenue target.
