Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
This position will rely heavily on advanced Microsoft Excel and Tableau capabilities to compile, analyze, and quantify anesthesia data from the IDX billing and GE Analyzer/Informatics software. This position reports directly to the VP, Anesthesia Practice Management and is responsible for providing daily support to the Director and VP of Anesthesia Practice Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, compile, manipulate, and perform analysis of data from the billing software in order to prepare data requests for Anesthesia clients, FMDs, RMDs, VPOs, and others as requested. Works with BasePointe Anesthesia Billing Center in development of reporting needs and analytical tools. Interacts with appropriate billing center departments, if needed, for timely delivery of requested data analysis. Assist Practice Director and VP, AN Practice Management in preparing monthly reports for clients and/or FMDs, RMDs, and VPOs. Assists in reviewing of month end reports and identifies disparities, issues, and additional reporting needs. Monitors escalated issues to ensure appropriate resolution. Performs other related duties and works on special projects as requested by senior management
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field, preferred. Three (3) plus years of analytical work in a healthcare setting. Ability to work with large amounts of data and compile concise summaries Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT leau) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
