- What You'll Do
- + Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and plant operations + Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify cost‑out and efficiency opportunities + Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards and reports (Power BI and other tools) to track OEE, RedZone metrics, waste, and cost savings + Partner with plant managers and functional leaders to prioritize improvement efforts and turn insights into measurable results + Coach and mentor teams on Lean principles, root cause analysis, standard work, and problem‑solving methodologies + Serve as a change agent; challenging existing processes respectfully while building alignment across all levels of the organization + Support capital projects and large improvement initiatives by providing data, analysis, and CI expertise •Qualifications•What We're Looking For•+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (ASQ, IASSC, or comparable program) + 5+ years of experience driving continuous improvement, Lean, or operational excellence in a manufacturing environment + Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, and change management + Advanced data and reporting skills, including Power BI, with the ability to turn insights into action + Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels + Comfortable working in environments with manual processes and evolving systems + Highly organized, self‑directed, and effective at managing multiple priorities •Why You'll Love This Role•+ Big impact with visible, measurable results + A blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on problem solving + Close partnership with plant and functional leaders + A culture that offers big company opportunity with a small company attitude + Purpose‑driven work that supports products families and pets rely on every day •Location & Travel•+ •
