Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Operations Analyst to support the administration of private equity and hedge fund investments within a growing Wealth Management organization. This role will serve as a key liaison between Wealth Advisors and Fund Administrators, supporting subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, pricing, holdings maintenance, and related investment operations activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, advanced Excel capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role follows a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite each week in Pittsburgh, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
    Private Fund Operations:
    Support the administration of private equity and hedge fund investments, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, pricing updates, and holdings maintenance
      Transaction Processing:
      Coordinate and track investment activity throughout the transaction lifecycle, ensuring all documentation and operational requirements are completed accurately and timely
        Stakeholder Coordination:
        Serve as a liaison between Wealth Advisors and Fund Administrators, gathering information, facilitating communications, and resolving operational inquiries
          Documentation Management:
          Review, organize, and process investment-related paperwork while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with established procedures
            Data Management & Reporting:
            Utilize Excel and internal systems to track fund activity, maintain records, and support operational reporting requirements
              Research & Resolution:
              Investigate operational issues, identify discrepancies, and work with internal and external partners to resolve exceptions and outstanding items
                Cash & Transfer Support:
                Assist with gathering information related to wires, transfers, and other fund-related transactions to ensure timely processing
                  Team Collaboration:
                  Work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners to support day-to-day operations and special projects
                  Qualifications:
                  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
                  • Internship experience or prior professional experience in finance, accounting, investment operations, wealth management, or financial services
                  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis functions
                  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
                  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
                  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a research and resolution mindset
                  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
                  • Comfortable working independently while contributing within a collaborative team environment
                  • Strong time management skills and ability to balance competing priorities
                  Preferred Experience:
                  • Hedge fund, private equity, private assets, or wealth management experience
                  • Experience supporting subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, or investment operations processes
                  • Exposure to fund administration, investment accounting, or alternative investments
                  • Familiarity with financial services operations and investment products
                  • Experience utilizing AI tools or technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
