As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you'll help transform how we serve older adults and caregivers by driving smarter, more efficient systems without sacrificing the balance and purpose you value. Job Summary This role leads and supports organization-wide process improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. You'll partner across clinical, administrative, compliance, and IT teams to analyze workflows, uncover opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes. Your work won't just optimize processes. It will empower teams and strengthen our ability to deliver high-impact services to the community.
