We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. You will support process/performance improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Get Real Get Better (GRGB) methodologies and tools as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) for reducing variability and standardizing processes for new processes or enabling growth within new technologies, and RIE (Rapid Improvement Events - Pre-Event, Event, Post-Event) for eliminating waste. You will spend 60% of your time onsite at any of the following four locations: Falls Church, VA, San Diego, CA, and San Antonio, TX. You will spend 40% of your time working remotely. This position will require travel between these locations or a possible OCONUS location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Develop and implement process improvement strategies. Enhance operational efficiency to reduce costs and increase stakeholder satisfaction. Foster a culture of continuous process improvement within the organizations at all locations.
Required Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Bachelor's degree, such as Business Administration or Engineering or other related fields of study A minimum of three (3) years of relevant field experience. Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)/Lean Six Sigma (LSS) experience in the healthcare industry. Practice continuously as a Black Belt since certification. Possess experience in all elements of ASQ MBB Book of Knowledge (BOK) or equivalent industry recognized quality organization (i.e. NCQA and others). Demonstrate knowledge and experience associated with successfully accomplishing the requirements in paragraph
