What You Will Do Lead CORE & Overall Continuous Improvement activities at the Product Delivery Center (PDC) that drive tangible action and metric improvements across all product lines of the business Collect, standardize, report, and automate where possible, PDC level, product level, and flow line level KPI metrics and utilize that data to identify areas that require improvement plans Assess, establish and execute improvement plans for KPI metrics, CORE maturity level, Standard Production System (SPS), OpX/WAVE, Industry 4.0, and other P&W and RTX initiatives. Plan and lead business level CORE events such as adhoc & quarterly CORE Leadership Weeks, drive follow up actions, and provide regular report outs to leadership team Ensure robust process execution by creating & ensuring continual improvements of PFMEA's across product lines in support of MRL and other product execution readiness activities. Establish & oversee CORE proficiency growth of the PDC employee population working in collaboration with Black Belt & Red-X Specialists to leverage PDC activities for broad employee skill growth. Support PDC business process audit preparations and follow up activities Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's Degree minimum 5+ years' prior relevant experience or 3+ years' prior relevant experience with an Advanced Degree. Minimal, infrequent travel may be required as needed. CORE Apprentice Certification or 3 or more years of working experience in lean, continuous improvement, or operations. US Citizenship required due to government contracts. Qualifications We Prefer CORE Professional Certification, Green Belt or Black Belt Certification, or similar. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to work with, coach, motivate, and influence others. Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
