Records must be stored appropriately and be readily retrievable to support audits, reviews, and compliance inquiries. The role also assists with responses to internal audits, risk reviews, and compliance requests related to operational processing, reinforcing a strong control environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced operations environment. Experience following documented procedures in a regulated setting, strong organizational and recordkeeping skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
