JOB DESCRIPTION
Hmong Home Health Care seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional to join our team full-time as an EVV Operations Analyst . This individual will play an integral part in our timekeeping and billing operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of caregivers' time worked while optimizing the adoption of electronic time collection. The EVV Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and verifying caregiver time and attendance application clock-in and clock-out punches; troubleshooting punch errors; ensuring compliance with authorizations and eligibility; training employees; and communicating with key parties. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, adaptable, willing to learn, and able to contribute to process improvements through this period of change. This role reports to the EVV/Timecard Operations Manager.
THE ROLE
You will work directly with the Timecard Operations team to:
Process Optimization:
Support employees to transition and adopt electronic visit verification system.
Punch Error Resolution:
Work with caregivers to identify and correct EVV clock-in and clock-out errors
Timecard Management:
Maintain organized records of all processed timecards and demonstrate strong data management.
Authorization and Eligibility Compliance:
Ensure that Caregiver schedules are correctly aligned with Client Authorizations and Eligibility for services provided
Clock-in and Clock-Out Punch Approval:
Approve assigned caseload of caregiver punches submitted through EVV app
Geolocation Verification:
Confirm and approve that caregiver punches are geolocated to client's homes
Data Accuracy:
Maintain accurate and current time and attendance records in EVV systems
Support and Training:
Provide continuous support and training to new and existing caregivers with all things EVV.
Reporting:
Review daily reports to monitor compliance and identify areas of improvement.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and other team members to resolve issues and provide guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Ability to type with accuracy at an average data-entry professional level of 40-50 words per minute. Prior industry knowledge of home care Billing and Payroll processes highly preferred. Professional level written and verbal English communication skills; ability to speak conversational level Karen or Hmong is required. Critical thinker and analytical with an ability to problem solve and perform root cause analysis Good written and verbal communication skills. Culturally competent interpersonal skills and extremely organized. Adhere to a high level of confidentiality Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and speed. MUST PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with EVV systems Background in healthcare or home care services. (PCA, Homemaking, 245D services) High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or associate degree preferred.
