Contract-to-Hire (C2H)OverviewWe are seeking a Functional Analyst I to support operations by analyzing system issues, improving processes, and providing operational support. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to document and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Recommend and support implementation of solutions.
• Provide operational support and guidance to users.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Conduct testing and validation of system updates.
• Track and resolve system and process issues.
• Create reports and support operational analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills..
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EDI or healthcare systems.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives.
