We are seeking an Improvement Advisor to: Facilitate the Root Cause Analysis processes and meetings, coaching teams in identifying causal factors and developing action items. Coach and advise leaders, staff, and teams on continuous improvement related to patient safety events and/or concerns. Depend on skills including critical/systems thinking, problem framing/solving, active listening, humble inquiry and data driven decision-making and measurement to drive the improvement process. Navigate team dynamics, change management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the improvement process, often facilitating and managing strategic project work.
