HYBRID/REMOTE Comp Analyst:
$100k•$120k base + extremely competitive bonus
Associate:
$140k•$160k base + extremely competitive bonus Firm overview: We're currently partnered with an extremely active and growth oriented boutique middle market investment bank focused on the Healthcare, Education, and Technology/TMT industries. Given the firm's active dealflow, they're looking for an Analyst and an Associate to join the team to focus on assisting in deal execution. This individual will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leaders at the firm with a clear pathway for growth and career advancement, and high exposure to clients and M&A transactions. The Investment Banking Analyst /Associate will be responsible for: Building financial models Executing on M&A transactions Conducting financial analysis and due diligence Creating marketing materials and pitch decks Meeting with clients Closely collaborating and supporting Senior leaders Mentoring junior resources (analysts) The Investment Banking Analyst /Associate should have: 1-4 years of investment banking experience, ideally in Healthcare, TMT, or Education, but open to other sectors A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field Self starting mindset and ability to work fully remotely Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong financial acumen Creative problem solving skills This firm puts an emphasis on a positive culture and maintaining a strong work life balance.
