FINRA / SIPC
/ Nasdaq / NYSE membership. The firm focuses on Investment Banking, Equity Sales, and Research. The senior management team has extensive Wall Street experience from leading global investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Nomura. This role is based in New York with flexible work location arrangements. The Investment Banking Associate will work closely with senior investment bankers and management, with direct exposure to deal origination, transaction execution, capital markets activities, and the build-out of a broker-dealer platform. Before applying, candidates should be able to meet the following expectations: Candidates should be able to communicate professionally in English and Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese Chinese. Prior experience in investment banking, equity capital markets, corporate finance, deal execution, valuation, or financial modeling is strongly preferred. Candidates should currently hold, or be willing to obtain, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses. The ideal candidate should be reliable, accountable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up-style broker-dealer environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the
CEO / COO
in building and refining a clear and scalable investment banking business model. Participate in the full transaction lifecycle, including deal origination, transaction execution, and project coordination. Support corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, and other equity capital markets transactions. Participate in syndication, roadshows, investor communication, and other investment banking-related activities. Work directly with senior investment bankers and management to support the growth and development of the broker-dealer platform. Conduct market research, company research, valuation analysis, financial modeling, presentation preparation, and transaction-related documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required. MBA and/or CFA preferred. 2-3 years of investment banking experience preferred. Experience in equity capital markets, deal origination, deal execution, corporate finance, valuation, or financial modeling preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese Chinese required. Currently hold, or be committed to obtaining, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, accountability, and ability to deliver results in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to work closely with senior management and handle multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Candidates who are eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship are preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates in
STEM OPT / CPT
will also be considered.
