Job Description

Work Flexibility:
Hybrid The Lead Analyst, Field Service Operations is responsible for managing multiple operational initiatives that ensure consistent execution and accountability for fleet operations and training events. Activities include the ownership and management of providers and associated contracts, fleet management, facility management, travel logistics and more.
What you will do:
Establish and maintain regular relationships and communication with vendors and Stryker leaders regarding fleet operations and training logistics. Oversee quality delivery from fleet and training vendors, ensuring consistent, high-quality operations. Manage the vehicle fleet, including maintenance schedules, utilization tracking, and lifecycle management. Monitor and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of fleet operations, ensuring performance targets are met. Identify opportunities to improve fleet performance, cost, or utilization based on Field Service insights. Coordinate logistics for Clinical and Technical Training events, including scheduling, venues, equipment, catering and onsite support. Coordinate travel logistics for trainers and participants, including airfare, lodging, and ground transportation. Support training-related communications, including attendee notifications, logistics details, and post-event follow-up.
What you need:
Required:
Bachelor's degree Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
Fleet and vendor management experience preferred Clinical and technical training coordination experience preferred

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
