Employment Status FULL_TIME Workplace Type Hybrid Description & Requirements As a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling marketing excellence by driving operational rigor, process optimization, and data‑informed decision‑making across the global Marketing organization. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure our marketing strategies are supported by scalable processes, reliable data, and well‑integrated technology platforms. This role requires a strong balance of analytical depth, operational discipline, and stakeholder influence, with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, global environment. Life Typically Includes:
Partner with marketing teams and leaders to improve how campaigns are planned, executed, and delivered Map out and refine workflows (like campaign planning, budgeting, and lead management) to make processes more efficient Review campaign and pipeline data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve results Work closely with Finance and Analytics teams to track performance, measure ROI, and support forecasting Help maintain and improve marketing systems (like CRM and automation tools) to ensure data accuracy and ease of use Spot process gaps or inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions Develop and deliver training programs and enablement resources to help marketing teams build proficiency in tools, processes, and best practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the global organization Collaborate across teams—including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT—to keep everyone aligned and support ongoing improvements
Basic Qualifications:
Previous professional experience in marketing Experience using marketing automation and campaign management tools (i.e. Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot) Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
