As a Program Operations Analyst, you'll help strengthen the performance of mission‑critical programs by building automated data tools that enhance cost visibility, improve invoicing accuracy, and accelerate informed decision‑making. You'll partner across engineering, finance, operations, and program leadership to support proposals, maintain program estimates, monitor labor and work packages, and streamline operations planning. This role will be ONSITE at our
WESTFORD, MA
facility. What You Will Do Develop and automate data models and reporting tools that enhance cost visibility and support progress‑based payment management. Improve data integrity and streamline evidence collection by turning multiple data sources into clear, actionable insights. Support proposals, maintain program estimates (ETCs/EACs), and monitor labor and work packages to keep programs on track. Lead operations inputs for gate reviews and proposals, driving alignment and readiness for future production. Apply knowledge of scheduling, demand planning, long‑term planning, and key operational performance metrics to improve program efficiency. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience Experience in proposals and / or budget management U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Qualifications We Prefer Experience in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing policies and procedures and/or experience with Experience working with Electro-Optical assemblies used in surveillance and reconnaissance systems Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution Earned Value Certification with Control/Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience. Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, including but not limited to SAP CORE/Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience Program Management or factory leadership skills Experience with transition of programs from design to manufacturing Experience interfacing with external customers and all levels of internal management Experience developing and executing competitive bids and proposals through collaboration with multiple manufacturing and functional teams Experienced in generating and presenting Estimate at Complete (EAC) / Latest Revised Estimates (LRE). Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
