Job Description
Operations Analyst:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for an Operations Analyst for a 3-month role. This position is a remote position working East Coast hours.Job Description:
The Operations Analyst will focus on continuous improvement of Transaction Services, implementing quality control measures. The role involves standardization, productivity enhancement, and service quality improvements within Bank Operations.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and approve initial responses for audits and regulatory exams
- Drive solutions for identified issues and ensure Action Plan milestones are met
- Manage Quality Review responses and maintain quality results
- Participate in projects, communicate status, and escalate issues to senior management
- Provide day-to-day business partner support for Investor and Internal Partners
- Train employees and assist management with audit findings
Mandatory Skills:
- Loss mitigation and/or Asset management experience - 3 years
- Experience in the Financial Industry
- Proficiency in Reporting (Power Apps and SharePoint)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office - Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with
