Job Description

Operations Analyst:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for an Operations Analyst for a 3-month role. This position is a remote position working East Coast hours.
Job Description:
The Operations Analyst will focus on continuous improvement of Transaction Services, implementing quality control measures. The role involves standardization, productivity enhancement, and service quality improvements within Bank Operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and approve initial responses for audits and regulatory exams
  • Drive solutions for identified issues and ensure Action Plan milestones are met
  • Manage Quality Review responses and maintain quality results
  • Participate in projects, communicate status, and escalate issues to senior management
  • Provide day-to-day business partner support for Investor and Internal Partners
  • Train employees and assist management with audit findings
Mandatory Skills:
  • Loss mitigation and/or Asset management experience - 3 years
  • Experience in the Financial Industry
  • Proficiency in Reporting (Power Apps and SharePoint)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office - Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with
Mail Merger Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
