Tee Hub LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking an Operations Analyst to manage and execute day-to-day activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month end close, as well as project management activities.Job responsibilities and duties include:
- Design application dataflow diagrams
- Generate performance reporting for management
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the client
- Communicate to coding team any new application requirements based on client feedback
- Update client user interface for reporting
- Design and manage new filesystem for the company and clients
- Construct new web-based reporting templates
- Design new ER diagrams for financial Infocom business
- Define requirements and test parameters of the IT projects
- Work with key stakeholders to prepare the requirements and design documentation for IT projects
- Track the scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation of IT projects
- Report project status to stakeholders, including progress, risks, and issues
- Ensure project team members are adequately trained, have the necessary resources, and are following processes and standards
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for financial audits.
- Track and maintain investment data, including capital contributions, distributions, valuations, and performance metrics.
- Analyze investment performance across asset classes and entities
- Assist in preparing investment reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the investment team to support due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and strategy reviews, maintain and improve internal tools and processes for investment tracking and reporting.
