Job Description
Our client, is a Banking company, is looking for a Operations Officer II for their Markham, ON/ Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Cash Management Services (CMS) provides end to end support for all CMS Services from Implementation through to day-to-day support.
CMS supports all segments including Commercial National Accounts and Client Securities corporate accounts.
Complete accurate on-boarding of WBB applications onto the mainframe and billing systems within the established Service Level Agreement.
Respond to all email requests from the business partners in a timely manner
Ensure that negotiated fees are input properly into the billing system and that all steps are followed when processing monthly billing.
Create a positive customer experience at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the customer experience.
Maintain and process all ADHOC billing spreadsheets and ensure all rejected items are reprocessed
Completes standard transactions using a limited number of systems and/or applications
Identifies issues and escalates internally; typically addressing routine requests requiring minimal discretion
Requirements:
Fast-paced, multitasking, work well under pressure
Understanding of AML Compliance
Computer Skills -
MS Suites Excel:
basic understanding
Typing speed min 60-65 wpm
ious admin work/ previous Ops officer work
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of various software packages including MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
Banking Experience/ ious financial institution
Knowledge of Host applications and C3 considered an asset
The Cash Management Services in Business Banking is responsible to deliver and manage tools that Business Banking customers use to issue and receive payments and manage their cashflow. Examples of these services include Web Business Banking (our on-line business banking platform), Wire Payment, EDI /XML (PDS) and Electronic Funds Transfer services, etc.
Excellent working knowledge of various software packages including MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Lotus Notes
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Demonstrated problem solving and time management skills
