The Optimization Excellence Manager - System Integration is responsible for leading and managing operational improvement initiatives across clinical and non-clinical areas in support of system integration goals. This role drives standardization, efficiency, and alignment by collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, leveraging data, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. The Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership and frontline staff, ensuring integration efforts are sustainable, measurable, and scalable across the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE
1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in process improvement, operations, or healthcare integration. 2. Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary projects in complex organizations.

1. Master's degree.

1. Lean certification, experience with Lean methodologies and process improvement
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage operational improvement projects across clinical and non-clinical domains to support integration goals. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current-state processes and design future-state workflows. 3. Develop, implement, and monitor standardized tools, metrics, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement. 4. Serve as a liaison between system leadership, regional teams, and functional departments to ensure alignment and accountability. 5. Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to build buy-in and support a culture of operational excellence. 6. Document, publish, and disseminate best practices across the organization to promote consistency, scalability, and sustainability. 7. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to senior leadership to track project outcomes and system impact. 8. Mentor team members and support capability-building initiatives in continuous improvement and integration strategies.

Proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to foster collaboration and influence across complex systems.
