Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements through data analysis and process mapping. What You'll Do:
Conduct interviews with SMEs and business partners to gather and document process requirements. Analyze operational data using tools such as spreadsheets, pareto charts, and process maps to identify improvement opportunities. Develop business cases and project benefit analyses to support process enhancement and automation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards. Assist senior Process Improvement professionals with project execution, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of experience in Process & Systems Mapping 5+ years of experience in Miro, Visio, Process Diagramming Software 5+ years of experience in Presentation & Communication of Data to Senior Leadership 5+ years of experience in creating clear and concise project documentation

Bachelor's Degree Six Sigma or Lean Certification Financial services experience Strong analytical skills to properly deconstruct the problem Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective listening skills.
