Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC Responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability. Work on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC/FDC methodology. Handle new process baseline qualifications and managing, auditing and liaising with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives. Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems. Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step. Lead / participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities. Manage / audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives. Support internal and external audits. Develop new or modified process formulations, define processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and review processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Coordinate design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods. Comply and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications. Conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes. Support global fab engineering review workflows. May telecommute part-time. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Data Science, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires:
1\. Semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment; 2\. DRAM photolithography process flow understanding; 3\. Analyzing failure mechanisms and identifying the root cause of defective dies or failing features RDA and YE feedback; 4\. Running process control tools and fault detection systems: SPC, E3 FDC, Recipe Manager, Sigma, Process Adjustment Controller, Resist Manager, or Klarity defect tool; 5\. Exposure or coat track interaction; 6\. FDC (Fault Detection & Classification) process documentation; 7\. Creating or editing process change records; 8\. Preparing PCRB (Process Change Review Board) reports; 9\. Reviewing inline data and process flow impacts; and 10\. Editing XLSX, XLSM, and PPTX within fab governance workflows.
