Overview:
Overview This role assists with making changes in clinical, operational or transformational processes with a strategic or operational focus. Interface with Process Improvement staff as they support leaders and help identify opportunities for improvement, organize resources, select and implement the appropriate improvement methodology and ensure projects are conducted successfully. Key Responsibilities Responsible to provide project support related to design, project planning and implementation of process improvement projects (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Improvement, Reengineering, Process Redesign, CQI, Business Development, Benchmarking, Productivity Improvements, Technology Breakthroughs, etc.) Provides support to multiple projects for multiple leaders simultaneously and prioritizes work to meet tight timelines. Delivers support for all aspects of the change process to include financial, operational and human resource perspectives and to facilitate radical changes in technology, processes and people. The primary goal of this position is to help the organization maintain cost discipline/reduce costs with secondary goals of helping operational leaders solve problems and/or design processes that are efficient and effective and improve costs, quality, safety or revenue.
