Responsibilities for Process Manager include but are not limited to:
  • Independently manage recurring operational activities with accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Ensurepliant and high-quality oues across operational and control processes with zero self-inflictedpliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, defensible evidence, and up-to-date job aids and process procedures.
  • process management methodologies such as CTQs, KPIs, SIPOCs, Swimlanes, RACIs, and process health monitoring to improve operational efficiency and transparency.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain operational data using tools such as Google Sheets and SQL to reduce manual effort, mitigate risks, and improve reporting visibility.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through workflow analysis, stakeholder feedback, data insights, and system understanding.
  • Support audit andpliance activities including process walkthroughs, documentation reviews, and evidence collection.
  • Provide exceptional Level 1 support to internal teams and end-users by guiding them through established operational processes.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams to escalate issues,municate risks, and rmend practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure operational processes and access management activitiesply withanizational standards and governance requirements Candidates for Process Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Strong understanding of process management concepts including CTQs, KPIs, SIPOCs, Swimlanes, RACIs, throughput analysis, and control monitoring.
  • Experience independently executing and improving structured operational workflows.
  • Knowledge of IT risk management, governance,pliance controls, and audit processes.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and access management principles to supportpliant system access and reduce operational risks.
  • Ability to quickly understand systems, applications, and technical workflows.
  • Understanding system interactions including APIs, file transfers, and application infrastructure layers.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills using Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Experience with spreadsheet functions such as IF statements, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, QUERY, COUNT, SUM, and data visualization techniques.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge with the ability to execute and modify queries.
  • Yellow Belt certification or experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting internal controls, audit readiness,pliance, or risk remediation initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI tools or frameworks such as Google Gemini/Gems is a plus.

    Pay Details:
