POSITION DESCRIPTION
Pioneering Evolution is seeking a Mid-Level Product Support Analyst who can provide acquisition, sustainment, logistics, and financial management support for Navy weapon systems programs, with a focus on product support planning, budgeting, and lifecycle sustainment activities. The successful candidate will work closely with Government stakeholders to analyze program data, support fiscal planning efforts, and contribute to mission-critical logistics and sustainment initiatives. All candidates are expected to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week) onsite at the Washington Navy Yard.
Responsibilities:
Support product support, sustainment, and lifecycle management activities for NAVSEA programs. Analyze and review Department of the Navy (DoN) quarterly and annual budgets to support financial planning and execution activities. Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations regarding program funding, execution, and budget requirements. Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process activities, including budget development, analysis, and reporting. Utilize the Program Support Data (PSD) Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS) to identify and assess end-item supply support requirements used for budgeting and funding decisions. Review and analyze logistics, supply support, and sustainment data to support program objectives and decision-making. Support the development and maintenance of product support documentation, reports, briefings, and program deliverables. Coordinate with Government stakeholders, program offices, logisticians, financial managers, and acquisition professionals to support program execution. Assist in tracking and evaluating parts, spares, and supply support requirements in accordance with Department of the Navy accounting and sustainment processes. Apply knowledge of Navy acquisition and sustainment practices to support program management and lifecycle support efforts. Develop and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and other analytical products using Microsoft Office Suite tools. Support leadership reviews, program assessments, and strategic planning efforts through data collection, analysis, and reporting. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Present findings and recommendations in a professional manner to Government and contractor stakeholders. Contribute to a collaborative team environment while delivering high-quality products and analytical support.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Active Secret security clearance. 3+ years of experience supporting Department of the Navy acquisition, sustainment, logistics, or product support programs. Experience working within Naval acquisition and sustainment environments. Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Experience performing financial analysis and reviewing DoN budgets, funding profiles, and execution data. Familiarity with Program Support Data (PSD) Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS). Understanding of Department of the Navy parts, spares, and accounting processes. General knowledge of the AEGIS Weapon System (AWS). Experience supporting NAVSEA Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) organizations or programs. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop reports, briefings, and presentations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic client environment. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a high-tempo operational setting.
