Full-time Overview:
As a Sales Operations Sr. Specialist at Securian Financial, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data and processes that support over $3.3 billion in inforce premium and $1.4 trillion in insurance coverage. This high-visibility role directly influences business decisions across our Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS) division and Corporate functions. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Policy Exhibit- Inforce, New, and Cancelled Business Analyze monthly premium, lives, and volume data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated ability to manage both analytical and administrative tasks with precision. Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload, adjust to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Ability to identify patterns and resolve issues using partial or conflicting data. Proven track record of problem-solving and delivering insights that drive business outcomes. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Background in mathematics, actuarial science, accounting or a related analytical discipline. Ability to create complex formulas and macros in Microsoft Excel. Experience in insurance, financial services, or compensation administration.
