Job Description
What experience you need:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, etc.) 4+ years of professional experience in a quality/industrial engineering/process improvement role 3+ years experience in business process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma What could set you apart: Experience with cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information concisely with supporting data Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams Lean certifications (i.e. Green belt, Blue belt, and/or Black belt) #LI-ES1 #LI-Hybrid We offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.
