"Multiple Openings" Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer wanted by Kenco Management Services, LLC in Chattanooga, TN to directly manage and oversee transitions as well as change management including effectively plan, manage, and communicate changes in processes with appropriate stakeholders. Serve as the Gemba coach and mentor as well as partner closely with site leadership to enable sites to achieve Kenco Operating System maturity targets. Track value (VCI) created by improved process methods and operating performance as well as ensure Work Measurement Systems are effective. Align site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement. Coach and mentor proper application of Lean Six Sigma tools ensuring broad employee engagement. Conduct line balancing and one-piece flow analysis as well as process mapping and data collection, measurement systems analysis (MSA), and process capability and performance (Cp/Cpk). Oversee exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing and analytical methods as well as processes improvement methods and waste analysis (VA-NVA). Ensure strict corporate compliance of statistical process control (SPC) as well as control charting and control planning. Remote work available from anywhere in
US. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, its foreign equivalent, or related degree and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required. Work experience must include:
1) change management development and execution; 2) analyze data to identify trends, performance results and opportunities for improvement. Up to 75% domestic travel required to client sites. Remote work available from anywhere in US. Send resume to Austin.
