ABOUT US
The Director of Process Efficiency & Effectiveness - Rental Division will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing high-impact operational improvements across the Rental Division. This Director will work closely with Rental Operations, Sales, Finance, Credit, IT, and Leadership teams. This leader will drive strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance. This position will develop structured, measurable improvement plans and lead cross-functional execution efforts with full accountability for results. The role will partner with leaders across the organization to implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience. This role will report to the Vice President of Rental.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and prioritize the largest opportunities for operational improvement within the Rental Division
Develop and implement structured improvement plans with clear metrics, timelines, and accountability
Lead execution of approved initiatives with full ownership of outcomes and performance results
Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to deliver process improvements
Establish performance metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness of implemented changes
Evaluate current workflows, systems, and processes to identify inefficiencies and scalability gaps
Lead and support key strategic initiatives, including: Development of a centralized transportation department
Integration of Heavy Rents within TCR operations
Standardization and streamlining of rollout processes across all locations
Optimization of credit approval processes for speed and accuracy
Implementation of telematics solutions across allied equipment fleet Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the Rental Division

We all have different backgrounds, yet we all use our unique contributions to provide the highest quality of service. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles
Proven track record of leading large-scale operational or process transformation initiatives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Experience working across multiple departments and influencing senior leadership Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
Ability to translate strategy into executable plans with measurable outcomes
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
High level of accountability, ownership, and results orientation
