Job Description
We are currently partnered with a leading independent investment bank on a strong growth trajectory, with a robust pipeline of live and upcoming mandates across private equity-backed and high-growth companies. Known for its highly tailored client approach and deep expertise across capital structures, the firm continues to expand its Capital Markets platform. Due to continued deal flow and team growth, our client is seeking to add a Capital Markets Associate to support the execution of debt and minority equity transactions. The Capital Markets Associate will be responsible for: Supporting the execution of debt and minority equity financings, including lender/investor outreach, diligence, and closing Building and maintaining detailed financial models to analyze capital structures, credit metrics, and financing options Conducting in-depth research across private credit funds, lenders, and equity investors Preparing marketing materials, including presentations and investor documentation Assisting in due diligence processes, including data room management and coordinating investor Q&A Working closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle The Capital Markets Associate should have the following qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private credit, or a related field Minimum 2+ years of private credit experience Strong understanding of debt and equity structures (senior debt, unitranche, mezzanine, structured equity) Advanced financial modeling and credit analysis capabilities Experience supporting transaction execution and diligence processes Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field If you are interested in the Capital Markets Associate role, please apply or send across your resume to learn more.
