Title:
Ticket Operations & CRM Lead Reports To:
Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service Job Summary/General Description:
The Ticket Operations & CRM Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the club's ticketing business. This position ensures accurate ticket fulfillment, inventory control, financial reconciliation, and system integrity across all ticketed events. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and systems-driven, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticketing Systems & Inventory
  • Process all ticket orders, including season tickets, group sales, single-game sales, premium, and special events
  • Fulfill gameday VIP/Complimentary ticket requests
  • Build out ticket link opportunities for 3rd party vendors such as FEVO, Spinzo & XNow
  • Build and maintain events, price codes, ticket plans, promotions, and offers within the ticketing system
  • Assist with event setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance across all ticketed events
  • Maintain accurate control of ticket inventory, holds, and allocations
  • Assist with CRM tasks assigned, including but not limited to lead campaign management Financial Processing & Reconciliation
  • Balance and reconcile daily ticket revenue, deposits, and reports
  • Assist with payment plans, invoicing, and account maintenance
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and post-event financial and sales reports Reporting & Data Accuracy
  • Produce and distribute required internal and league-mandated reports accurately and on time
  • Support the Vice President and Ticket Sales leadership with ad hoc reporting and data pulls Cross-Functional & Vendor Support
  • Serve as a day-to-day operational liaison with the ticketing platform provider and client support teams
  • Act as a resource for internal departments on ticketing processes and capabilities Matchday & Event Support
  • Assist with will call, box office operations, and customer service on matchdays and events
  • Serve as a point of escalation for ticket-related issues during events Other Duties
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of ticket operations experience or related experience preferred
  • CRM knowledge, such as Salesforce or Hubspot preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comfort working with detailed reports and reconciliations
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and event days.
