Wintrust Asset Finance is an affiliate of Wintrust, a financial services company with more than $66 billion in assets. What You'll Do Review of lease and loan documentation including preparation of booking forms as well as accurate booking into portfolio systems. Prepare funds transfer requests and facilitate the prompt, efficient, and accurate funding of new business including compliance with OFAC. Responsible for maintenance of loan and lease documentation and scanning of documents into records management systems. Deliver best in class customer support to both internal and external customers. Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures. Processes funding, booking, cash application, modifications, customer service for new and existing equipment finance transactions. Assists with operations projects as assigned including UCC, sales/use/property tax, and titles. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience Bachelor's Degree Prior equipment finance operations or documentation experience preferred Benefits Medical Insurance
